Sometimes, I don't understand kids

My son had to be forced to eat his Rice Krispies with strawberries. He loves Rice Krispies. He loves cereal with the freeze dried strawberries in it. But not today. He barely ate half his bowl and even then I had to push the issue.

So what does he do? He somehow finds a left over hot dog bun, sans hot dog, and is happily eating it. Where did he find it? I don't even want to hazard a guess, but he's chomping away on it!
