Oh crockpot, how I love thee....
Today, I dumped in a package of frozen hot Italian sausages and two bags of frozen peppers and onion mix. Turned it on high, covered it and walked away.
Tonight, we'll be having sausage and peppers on hoagie rolls with melted provolone cheese. That's a serious YUM!!
I'm sure I'll need to drain the crockpot at some point to get out all the fat and some of the excess liquid that we don't need. But YUMM-O!! I can't wait for dinner! I'm already salivating!
