It's 4 a.m.

It's 4 a.m. -- again.

I know it's 4 a.m. again because this is not the first time I've seen what 4 a.m. looks like. I seem to be finding myself wide awake at 4 a.m. quite frequently lately and it's not good!

I don't want to be awake all night. I love that my husband lets me sleep in and watches the kids (he's a student and it's summer break), but this cannot continue! I need to return to a normal routine and get back to sleeping properly.

Help?

ack! 4am is way to early to be awake. I stay awake most night until 2am then go to sleep until the little monkeys wake me up at 6am. It sucks. good luck getting back on a regular schedule.

Augh! I get up at 4am for work. Not fun.
